Embroidery Patch

Recently completed in-house for the 2nd Cavalry Regiment, this custom back patch project showcases the level of detail, craftsmanship, and care that goes into every piece produced by Badgers Embroidery and Promotional. Featuring a large-format embroidered design with bold lettering, intricate eagle artwork, and layered colour detailing, the final result was built to create a strong visual impact while maintaining durability and quality for long-term wear.

From digitising through to final production, the entire process was managed locally by our team, allowing for close quality control and a personalised approach throughout the project. Large custom embroidery pieces like this require precision setup, careful thread selection, and attention to stitch detail to ensure the finished product not only looks sharp up close, but stands out from a distance as well. It’s a great example of how custom embroidery can bring identity, pride, and professionalism together in a finished garment.
